1. General Terms
1.1. Minimum Supply retains all Intellectual Property Rights to all templates.
1.2. You may not distribute, duplicate, share, resell in original form, or modify the templates for resale.
1.3. You are permitted to use the purchased template(s) for personal or commercial projects, subject to the licensing terms outlined below.
2. Licensing
2.1. Single Template License
You are permitted to use the purchased template(s) to create a single final product, limited to one domain.
A "single final product" is defined as one unique Framer website or project.
"One domain" includes the primary domain and its subdomains (e.g., example.com, blog.example.com).
Using the paid template on multiple Framer websites or domains requires purchasing a separate license for each site.
2.2. Free Templates
Our free templates can be used for multiple projects without restriction, subject to the general terms in Section 1.
3. Updates and Support
3.1. During the commercial lifespan of the template (minimum 12 months from purchase date), you are entitled to receive updates, which may include bug fixes, improvements, or new features.

3.3. Support is provided on a best-effort basis and is limited to template-related issues only.
4. Refund Policy
4.1. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds after a purchase has been completed.
4.2. Exceptions may be made in cases where the product is demonstrably faulty or not as described. Such cases will be reviewed on an individual basis.
4.3. We recommend carefully reviewing product details before making a purchase.
5. Warranties and Disclaimers
5.1. Minimum Supply ensures that all templates meet industry standards set by Framer and undergo rigorous quality checks before release.
5.2. We do not warrant that the templates will meet your specific requirements or that they will be error-free in every environment.
5.3. The templates are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Browser Support
6.1. Our templates are designed to be consistent and compatible across all major browsers, including the latest stable versions of Firefox, Safari, Opera, Chrome, and Edge as of the template's release date.
6.2. We strive to support the two most recent major versions of each browser.
6.3. If technical limitations arise, we will implement reasonable alternatives.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. Under no circumstances, including negligence or breach of contract, will Minimum Supply or its owner be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
7.2. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
7.3. We do not take responsibility for any errors, bugs, or incompatibilities resulting from: (i) improper installation, (ii) misuse of the product, (iii) third-party products or services, (iv) modifications after purchase, or (v) unsupported browsers.
8. Termination
8.1. Minimum Supply reserves the right to terminate your license if you violate these Terms and Conditions.
8.2. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the template(s) and destroy any copies in your possession.
9. Changes to Terms
9.1. Minimum Supply reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
9.2. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
9.3. Your continued use of our templates after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
